Bray Constructions initially set out to build extensions and renovations to existing homes.  Over time however, this naturally grew into bigger and bigger projects to the point where often the results of our renovation and extension work appear more like new homes than renovated ones.  Of course those are generally at the higher end of the market, and we are probably more regularly engaged to build more modest transformations that make just as much impact for the occupants.

Bray Constructions has a wealth of experience in home renovations, having carried out renovation projects for its entire history. In days gone by we would build just about any renovation, however our current company structure makes us less competitive for projects under $100,000. If your budget is anywhere upwards of that, then we’d love to speak with you about your renovation project.

Bray Constructions has built countless home extensions in and around Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs over the years. We have a strong understanding of the potential pitfalls that sometimes present themselves and how to respond. While we are not really set up for smaller projects like decks and carports, we are more than happy to incorporate these into larger projects.

Although Bray Constructions began primarily with extensions and renovations and we still maintain a strong presence in that field, we are now regularly engaged in the construction of new homes too. Our primary interest is in the house constructions, but we are positioned to offer a complete package which may also include architectural design, town planning permits, landscaping and swimming pools.

Townhouse developments are something that Bray Constructions has been actively involved in since around 2004 and we have now completed a number of successful townhouse projects.  We are able to offer a full service including design, town planning, construction, landscaping, swimming pools and subdivision.

Bray Constructions has ready access to a range of architectural firms for design services. In recent years we have had success with a hybrid architectural/drafting service detailed below, but we are equally happy to have all design services provided by one of our allied architects with construction cost input and feedback from our office.

A unique service that Bray Constructions offers is an award winning architectural service combined with a low-cost in-house drafting service.  This combination allows us to provide smart, stunning design at a minimum of cost to the customer.  It also allows us to keep a watchful eye on the design as it relates to the construction budget, such that the completed design is not beyond the financial means of the customer.
