Bray Constructions' first development project created two new three bedroom, two-storey town residences along Kananook Creek, just one street back from Seaford's beachfront Nepean Highway. With superior design and construction principles held throughout the project, both residences were sold during construction in 2007, while other nearby developments were forced to carry out lengthier marketing campaigns in order to secure their sales.
