This first floor extension provided a pleasant retreat area for a happy couple. The addition consisted of a new master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe as well as a lounge room with kitchenette and built in gas fireplace. The modern colour schedule and finish selections give the new addition a homely feel. The lounge and master bedroom were located to the north to take full advantage of the northern light. All the while the whole project was designed to fit within the necessary council requirements for this, the rear of two units.
