Already a substantial family home. The addition of a new front fence and loop entrance with double carport and a new double garage at rear with studio above overlooking a beautiful pool and outdoor entertaining as well as renovations to the house has the whole package now complete.

Bray Constructions won Outdoor Project of the Year in the 2008 HIA CSR Victorian Housing Awards.

This project was also a finalist in the 2009 HIA Australian Housing Awards.
