Once a building contract is signed, you will meet the construction manager who will become your main point of contact for the duration of your building project. He and his team of quality trades people will guide you through the construction process until your dream has become a reality. Even after construction is complete you have the security of knowing that you can rely on our assured service for any maintenance that may be required during the 10 year guarantee period.
The third part of the Bray Way is quality. Having built a reputation for designing and building one-of-a-kind projects quality materials and construction are paramount to us. Over many years in the local building industry, we have worked with a great many quality trades people. With such a great book of trades to call on, we can be assured of a quality job and quality advice on materials and installations at all times.
